Scheduler Engineer

About the role

Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is looking for a Scheduler Engineer to join its team in Saudi Arabia. The role plays a key part in project planning and management, making sure timelines are met and projects move smoothly through their lifecycle. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and control project schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, prepare baseline schedules and update progress regularly.
• Track schedule performance, identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams for accurate schedule inputs.
• Support project managers with time-impact analysis and forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial or similar).
• 3 to 7 years of experience in planning and scheduling.
• GPA of 2.8 out of 4 or 3.8 out of 5.
• Good understanding of EPC workflows and the project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.
• PMP, PSP or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
