Scrum Master / Project Manager (Arabic Speaker) – Riyadh

About the role

Capco is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to join its Riyadh office. The role focuses on driving Agile delivery for software engineering teams serving Tier‑1 financial institutions. Candidates must be based in Riyadh and fluent in Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end software delivery initiatives, ensuring scope, timeline and quality alignment.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (front‑end, back‑end, QA) to remove impediments and promote continuous improvement.
• Communicate progress, risks and metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Support platform implementation projects, including UAT coordination and go‑live activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead or similar role in software engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and ability to facilitate Scrum in complex, multi‑team environments.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Relevant Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) with active status.
• Fluency in Arabic and current residence in Riyadh.
