Seasonal Hostess – 45-Day Luxury Resort Assignment

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and well‑presented Hostess to join our luxury resort restaurant for a short‑term, high‑visibility activation. Over a 45‑day period, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude and manage reservations, walk‑ins, and waiting lists.
• Escort guests to their tables, provide venue, menu, and promotion information, and handle special seating requests.
• Monitor dining room flow, coordinate with the restaurant team to optimise table availability, and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain a polished appearance that reflects the luxury brand and keep the reception area clean and inviting.
• Assist with opening and closing hostess duties and support staff during busy periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Hostess, Captain Waitress, or similar role in hotels, restaurants, or beach clubs.
• Familiarity with VIP guest service and high‑energy, fast‑paced environments.
• Understanding of restaurant service flow and ability to anticipate guest needs.
