About the role
We are seeking a full-time Secretary to join our Al Khobar office. The role supports senior leadership by handling a range of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations within our pharmaceutical and consumer‑goods distribution business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for executives.
- Prepare, edit and file correspondence, reports and other documents.
- Maintain accurate company records and assist with statutory secretarial duties.
- Handle inbound client inquiries and provide professional customer service.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly.
- Organise and upkeep physical and electronic filing systems.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong clerical abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in executive administrative support and company secretarial work.
- Proven customer‑service orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
