Security Team Leader – Hotel Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Security Team Leader to join the opening team of Hyatt Place Al Ula. The role involves supervising the security staff and ensuring the safety of guests, employees and property in a new 215‑room hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations and coordinate team activities.
• Assign duties, schedule shifts and manage security personnel.
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols.
• Respond to incidents, support emergency procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality or large facilities.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Good communication skills and fluent English.
