Senior Account Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Account Manager to accelerate business growth by managing key client accounts and acquiring high‑value customers for our cybersecurity portfolio. The role focuses on selling to government and enterprise clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, acting as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for KSA, targeting CIOs and CISOs to drive revenue.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing, including PoCs and tender processes.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across SOOR solutions such as consulting, professional services, and training.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, acting as a strategic advisor.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance, prepare forecasts and reports, and support finance on renewals and SLA compliance.

Required profile

• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of successful B2B sales experience in IT networking or cybersecurity solutions within Riyadh/KSA.
• Proven ability to present, demonstrate, prepare proposals, and respond to RFPs/tenders.
• Strong stakeholder management and CXO‑level negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and solution‑selling abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with key cybersecurity tools and vendors: Splunk, Fortinet, F5, Palo Alto.
• Knowledge of ISMS, BCMS, NCA/SAMA regulations, and cybersecurity frameworks such as Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR, SIEM, SOAR.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and opportunities.
