Senior Account Manager – Telecom (Enterprise Commercial)

About the role

Join Microsoft as a Senior Account Manager focused on the telecom sector within the Enterprise Commercial team. You will lead relationships with top telecommunications operators in Saudi Arabia, helping them leverage Microsoft’s cloud, AI, and digital transformation solutions to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deepen executive‑level partnerships with key telecom customers.
• Understand customers’ strategies, industry trends, and market dynamics to align Microsoft solutions with their business priorities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including sales, technical, partner, and customer success—to deliver innovative, high‑impact solutions.
• Create and execute comprehensive account plans that meet sales targets and unlock new growth opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating Microsoft technologies into measurable business outcomes for telecom clients.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration with at least 4 years of experience in a relevant industry, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of experience.
• Proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives in sectors such as finance, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, or education.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise environments.
