Senior Analyst – Implementation & Transformation

About the role

As a Senior Analyst you will work on long‑term implementation and transformation initiatives, helping clients turn strategy into measurable outcomes. You will combine analytical expertise with emerging AI tools to drive lasting business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Drive key modules within implementation projects and transformation programs.
• Translate strategy recommendations into action, align stakeholders, overcome implementation challenges, and ensure measurable business impact.
• Apply structured analytical thinking and business transformation principles in practical scenarios.
• Support activation of organizational design strategies, target operating models, processes, governance, roles and performance‑management mechanisms.
• Manage disciplined execution of program components, including initiative prioritisation, business‑case development, roadmap and value‑realisation tracking.
• Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for process streamlining and performance improvement, grounded in business and financial impact.
• Communicate credibly with case teams and client stakeholders.
• Drive process enhancements, change execution and capability uplift through upskilling during implementation.
• Apply Generative AI tools and techniques (LLM workflows, agentic systems, retrieval‑based solutions) to accelerate transformation outcomes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of consulting experience in operations, implementation or transformation (or equivalent industry experience).
• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage senior stakeholders.
