Senior AOG Desk Officer – Technical Procurement

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking a Senior Officer for its AOG Desk to lead technical procurement of time‑critical aircraft parts. The role supports rapid AOG (Aircraft on Ground) recovery, ensuring minimal disruption to flight operations and maintaining fleet reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate urgent aircraft material requirements and oversee AOG material movements.
• Monitor consumption, recovery timelines, and associated costs.
• Maintain accurate operational records and support data‑driven reporting.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warranty and Maintenance teams to align recovery activities with operational priorities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support audit and traceability processes.

Required profile

• Degree qualified with at least 4 years of experience in materials management, logistics, supply chain or AOG spare‑parts operations within the aviation industry.
• Hands‑on experience in an airline operational centre or AOG desk environment.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft material movements, shipping coordination and inventory management.
• Familiarity with aviation systems and operational compliance requirements.
