Senior Architect

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Architect to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will oversee architectural site operations, ensuring designs meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency while collaborating closely with project managers, contractors, and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead individual schemes from inception through completion, delivering innovative solutions that respond to client briefs.
• Prepare concept scheme designs and develop production information and working drawing packages up to the IFC stage.
• Manage multi‑disciplinary design teams, review work of others, and mentor junior staff.
• Support business development activities, including bid writing and client presentations.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships throughout all RIBA stages.

Required profile

• Qualified architect with 5‑10 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to clients and external stakeholders.
• Thorough knowledge of design standards and regulations in KSA, UAE, and the Middle East.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating high‑level design experience across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
• Experience leading mid‑ to large‑scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit/BIM.
• Competence with Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of AI visualization suites.
• Ability to produce high‑quality free‑hand sketches.
