Senior Architect - PDE&C Projects

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting a Senior Architect for its team in Saudi Arabia, based on site. The architect leads architectural design delivery across PDE&C projects, ensuring design quality, compliance, constructability and alignment with KAUST objectives. The role covers design leadership, multidisciplinary coordination and technical oversight from concept through construction and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to implementation and establish design standards, guidelines and best practices.
• Review, approve and sign off architectural deliverables, plans, specifications, codes, shop drawings, submittals, procedures, reports and memos, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, façade and other disciplines, resolve design conflicts and chair or contribute to design coordination and technical review meetings.
• Keep designs aligned with client stakeholders and provide leadership during construction, including shop drawings, material submittals and mock-ups.
• Respond to RFIs and design clarifications, carry out site inspections and quality reviews.
• Mentor direct reports, review their work and support performance development and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 8-10 years of professional architectural experience, mainly in housing projects, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Experience in residential projects and high-end finishes.
• Demonstrated project management skills, delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and strong problem-solving ability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.
