Senior Associate - Ecommerce (Jeddah)

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer with over 10 owned brands and more than 950 stores across the Middle East, is hiring a Senior Associate for its Ecommerce department in Jeddah. The role focuses on fulfilling ecommerce orders for offline channels (retail stores) with urgency and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Fulfill ecommerce orders for offline channels (retail stores) with the greatest sense of urgency and efficiency.
• Achieve the e-commerce sales target.
• Report immediately on identified stock shortages and take action to explain the issue to the relevant stakeholders so they can update their records in the system.
• Give feedback to stakeholders whenever necessary to streamline working processes and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Ecommerce or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Familiarity with aggregating and online activation.
