Senior AW139 Technician I – Full-Time (Main Base)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AW139 Technician I to join our Main Base maintenance team. The role involves performing and overseeing maintenance projects on the AW139 helicopter, ensuring timely completion and aircraft availability while complying with OEM standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and report safety management system (SMS) activities and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Implement FOD control measures and report any hangar facility deficiencies.
• Carry out all maintenance, preventive maintenance and alterations using approved technical data and work instructions (RSQCM, GMM, TODPM).
• Maintain accurate aircraft maintenance documentation and engineering standards.
• Participate in daily toolbox talks, team briefings and weekly production planning meetings.
• Label, protect and store removed aircraft components correctly.
• Identify training needs and support staff development.
• Uphold confidentiality, teamwork and corporate uniform standards.

Required profile

• Equivalent EASA/FAA/ICAO Type II License (or GACA License/Repairman Certificate).
• Fully completed AW139 type‑rating course (theory and practical) with all assessments passed.
• Minimum 4 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including at least 3 years type‑rated on the AW139.
• Previous experience as a Part 145 rostered RII/Inspector.
• Good knowledge of organisational procedures and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to present documentary evidence of training and type rating.
