Senior Business Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join a high‑impact strategic transformation project for a 4‑6 month engagement starting at the end of August 2026. The role will be based on‑site outside Riyadh and involves working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy, operating models and investment cases.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic analysis, benchmarking and operating model design.
• Develop and stress‑test financial models and investment cases.
• Produce actionable recommendations and high‑quality presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Present findings to client executives and support executive‑level discussions.
• Collaborate with the Strategy Manager, Partners and Advisory team to ensure project excellence.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in a Tier‑1 strategy consulting firm, Big Four strategy practice, or corporate strategy function.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Saudi nationals preferred.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site, Sunday–Thursday.
• Experience in higher education, investment entities or endowment funds is a strong advantage.
