Senior Business Manager – Payments (MENA)

About the role

Amazon Payments is expanding its footprint across the MENA region and seeks a senior leader to drive the growth of payment solutions for Amazon.sa. Based in Riyadh, you will act as the bridge between internal Amazon teams and external partners such as banks, regulators, and payment providers.

Key responsibilities

• Own Payments P&L and strategic goals in collaboration with the Payments Country Lead.
• Define and prioritize product strategy for the Saudi market across multiple payment products.
• Lead end‑to‑end payment programmes, managing strategy, financial performance and execution.
• Develop and manage partnership strategies, negotiate contracts and secure favourable terms.
• Monitor industry trends, regulations and emerging fintech technologies.
• Represent Amazon Payments at industry events and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with internal product, finance, legal, operations and broader Amazon.sa teams to achieve objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of experience in payments, fintech or related business development roles.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, drive strategic initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi payments ecosystem, including banks and regulators.
