About the role

The Senior Consultant will lead the development and execution of growth initiatives, identifying new market opportunities and forging strategic partnerships to expand the company's presence. This role combines market analysis, relationship management, and financial evaluation to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and assess new market opportunities through comprehensive research and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and implement clear market entry and expansion plans, including risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as clients, partners, industry influencers, and government agencies.
  • Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities, including revenue projections, ROI, and profitability assessments.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate solution feasibility, customization requirements, and associated costs.
  • Analyze existing client portfolios to uncover upsell opportunities and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or an IT‑related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development or related functions.
  • Proven track record of driving market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
