Senior Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Consultant to join our consulting team. The role involves delivering strategic and transformation initiatives for clients across various sectors, supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality outputs.
• Conduct business assessments, market research, benchmarking studies, and data analysis.
• Develop strategic recommendations, operating models, frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical, actionable initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Participate in steering committee meetings and executive‑level discussions.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and analysts.
• Support proposal preparation, RFP responses, and solution development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 4‑8 years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Transformation, or Strategy Consulting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within internationally recognized consulting firms.
• Professional proficiency in English.
