Senior Contracts Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Engineer to join our Commercial & Contracts team. The role focuses on managing contractual and commercial activities across the full project lifecycle in EPC and construction environments, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, sub‑contracts, NDAs, MOUs and other commercial agreements.
• Administer contracts, track compliance, manage variations and amendments.
• Identify contractual risks and support claims, extensions of time and dispute‑resolution processes.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, procurement, legal and project teams.
• Prepare contract status reports, risk registers and commercial summaries.
• Support continuous improvement of contract management procedures and templates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 7–10 years of contract administration experience within EPC/EPCC or construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and international commercial agreements.
• Experience in claims management, contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations and Middle‑East project environments; Saudi Arabia experience preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
