Senior Corporate Finance Manager - Power/Utilities

About the role

The Senior Corporate Finance Manager will support the Head of Corporate Finance in overseeing financing activities, banking relationships, and debt portfolio management across the company's power and utilities entities. This role is pivotal in driving strategic financing initiatives and ensuring compliance with covenant and rating requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of corporate finance transactions, coordinating with lenders, advisors, rating agencies and legal counsel.
• Review financing proposals, term sheets and facility documentation, and monitor repayment schedules and covenant compliance.
• Maintain day‑to‑day banking relationships, handle information requests, renewals and amendments, and track facility utilization and pricing.
• Support liquidity planning, manage corporate finance payments, and ensure sufficient funds for obligations.
• Oversee issuance and renewal of bid bonds, performance bonds and letters of credit, and administer equity bridge loan facilities.
• Prepare and update financing databases, debt schedules, exposure reports and lender information packs.
• Provide financial analysis related to financing initiatives and support credit rating exercises.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CFA or CTP are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, corporate banking, credit administration or financial institutions.
• Experience in infrastructure, energy, utilities, project finance or holding‑company environments is an advantage.
