Senior Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

The Senior Cybersecurity Specialist will lead the operational security tasks for the Metro project, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information systems. You will act as the primary liaison with suppliers, develop technical security solutions, and support both internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage account administration, eDiscovery, incident response, and policy assistance.
• Implement and maintain cyber‑security technologies across workstations, servers, and networks.
• Coordinate with suppliers to design and recommend security solutions.
• Audit and maintain analytical and technical aspects of major security systems.
• Secure transmission of sensitive information and protect cryptographic methods.
• Mitigate threats and vulnerabilities affecting corporate and client data.
• Provide technical support, training, and data‑recovery services to end‑users.
• Lead investigations of security incidents and support cyber‑security initiatives.
• Develop measurement tools for vulnerability assessments and represent security interests on project teams.

Required profile

• 15+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of network security, threat analysis, and incident response.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, vulnerability management, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to configure firewalls, segment networks, and implement access controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
