Senior Design / Site Architect

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Design Architect to lead the design and site execution of a variety of projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver innovative, feasible, and code‑compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full design process, from concept through construction documents.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop creative design solutions.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate feasibility and ensure design compliance.
• Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Prepare and present design proposals and documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Stay current on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of professional architectural design experience, with strong site‑experience.
• Proven track record of leading projects from design to execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
