Senior Fire & Life Safety Consultant – Al Ula

About the role

AESG is seeking a Senior Fire & Life Safety Consultant to join its growing Al Ula team. You will lead fire and life‑safety design, support multidisciplinary projects and ensure compliance with regional codes while delivering high‑quality technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery and project management tasks, reporting to Associates, Principals and Directors.
• Provide technical support to junior staff and ensure high‑quality FLS submittals with QA/QC ownership.
• Create and edit drawings and sketches following AESG CAD and PDF standards.
• Prepare and review architectural fire and life‑safety drawings and strategy reports.
• Participate in financial planning for the department, including pipeline forecasting and project delivery efficiency.
• Ensure designs meet NFPA, SBC, IBC and UAE fire‑life‑safety codes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of fire‑life‑safety technical experience in the Middle East.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage tasks within time and budget constraints.

Required skills

• Fire Safety/Engineering expertise.
• Knowledge of NFPA, SBC, IBC and UAE FLS codes.
• Proficiency with CAD and PDF standards for drawing production.
• Understanding of Building Services Engineering and interdisciplinary design.
