Senior GRC Specialist

About the role

JASARA Program Management Company is looking for a Senior Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Specialist to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of GRC frameworks for its social infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The role will ensure regulatory compliance, manage enterprise risks and embed a strong culture of accountability throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor GRC frameworks, policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and audits, identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards, acting as a trusted advisor on GRC matters.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to raise GRC awareness and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate GRC considerations into project planning and execution.
• Prepare and present GRC reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, risks and best practices in governance, risk management and compliance.
• Engage with external auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance assessments and support incident investigations and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, risk management or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in governance, risk management and compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in GRC.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective GRC programs.
• Professional certifications such as CCEP, CRISC or CISA are preferred.
