Senior Health & Safety Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Health & Safety Engineer to join our Riyadh team. In this senior position you will design, implement and manage comprehensive safety programs that protect our workforce and ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations, OSHA standards and ISO 45001.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain health and safety policies, procedures and programs aligned with local and international standards.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses across all work areas and propose mitigation measures.
• Design and deliver safety training programmes for employees at all levels.
• Investigate incidents and near‑misses, perform root‑cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Lead safety audits and compliance inspections, document findings and create action plans.
• Monitor and report safety performance metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in occupational health and safety engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour regulations, OSHA and ISO 45001.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to influence a safety culture and work collaboratively across disciplines.
