Senior Innovation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Innovation Consultant to support the planning and execution of innovation activities across the organisation. The role will work closely with business units to develop innovation strategies, generate ideas, validate concepts and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support innovation programs and activities that enable business‑unit growth.
• Assist in developing innovation plans, roadmaps, timelines and milestones aligned with strategic priorities.
• Contribute to setting measurable innovation goals, defining KPIs and tracking progress, ROI and budget utilisation.
• Enable business units to identify and leverage innovation opportunities, applying appropriate methodologies.
• Encourage idea generation, manage the Ideas Bank and promote an innovation‑focused culture.
• Organise and facilitate workshops, ideation sessions and training to stimulate creativity.
• Support the validation, prototyping and MVP assessment of new ideas with relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in innovation consulting or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive change.
