Senior IT Project Manager – Cloud & AI Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large‑scale Cloud and AI transformation program. The role is fully onsite and will drive the end‑to‑end delivery of a unified, AI‑driven ecosystem built on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and integrated with core enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own program governance, steering committee facilitation, risk management and phase‑gate reviews.
• Develop and maintain a detailed Microsoft Project schedule, including Master Schedule Reviews.
• Coordinate a large consulting and engineering team across multiple implementation phases.
• Lead onsite discovery, workflow mapping and stakeholder workshops at the client’s headquarters.
• Manage scope flexibility, change requests and integration of new AI use cases.
• Oversee design, cloud foundation build, data fabric deployment, API onboarding and Document AI pipelines.
• Drive rollout of Digital Assistant MVPs, custom SaaS workspaces and machine‑learning model prototypes.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, knowledge transfer, training and formal handover to operations.
• Administer project finances, milestone tracking and invoicing.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, multi‑phase IT transformation projects on GCP.
• Strong background in enterprise integration, ERP systems and AI/ML deployments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work onsite with business and IT teams.
• Solid understanding of project governance, risk management and change control processes.
