Senior IT Support Specialist - Google Experience

About the role

We are seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to own and evolve our IT operations and endpoint management environment. You will be responsible for administering Google Workspace, Slack, and a range of endpoint management tools while ensuring the security and reliability of our infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Google Workspace at an advanced level, including user lifecycle, security settings, and policies.
• Manage Slack workspace configuration, integrations, permissions, and user accounts.
• Troubleshoot network issues and apply intermediate networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP).
• Deploy, manage, and maintain an RMM/endpoint management solution such as Ninja, Jamf, or Intune.
• Oversee patch management, OS updates, and software deployments across all devices.
• Lead the design and implementation of a scalable endpoint management strategy.
• Ensure systems are secure, up‑to‑date, and aligned with IT best practices.
• Provide escalation‑level support for complex technical issues.
• Document processes, configurations, and standards to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on IT experience in a fast‑growing environment.
• Self‑starter who can take ownership of initiatives.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Problem‑solver with a balance of technical depth and practical solutions.
