Senior Key Account Manager – Saudi Aramco (Khobar)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead our relationship with Saudi Aramco in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving OPEX and CAPEX sales in the oil, gas and petrochemical sectors while ensuring compliance with Bureau Veritas standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for the Aramco key account across OPEX and CAPEX projects.
• Organise and lead business development meetings with Aramco stakeholders.
• Identify new market opportunities, build a pipeline and prepare proposals, purchase orders and contracts.
• Track and report BV’s market share, maintain market‑intelligence databases and map end‑users and facilities.
• Secure required pre‑qualifications, approvals and registrations for BV on the Aramco portal.
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and manage RFQs, LTO certifications and documentation through SAP Ariba.
• Conduct customer‑satisfaction surveys, analyse results and implement corrective actions.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.
• Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth execution, invoicing and collection.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing key accounts in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry, preferably with Saudi Aramco.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of OPEX and CAPEX sales cycles and related documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
