About the role
We are seeking a Senior Legal Specialist to join a leading real‑estate investment group in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on providing expert legal support across labour, commercial and real‑estate matters.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements in accordance with Saudi law.
- Manage and resolve labour, commercial and real‑estate disputes.
- Interact with government entities using the Najiz platform for filings and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and keep legal documentation up to date.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
- Minimum five years of legal experience within Saudi Arabia.
- Valid Saudi lawyer license.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Najiz platform.
- Strong contract drafting and review capabilities.
