About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Specialist to join a leading real‑estate investment group in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on providing expert legal support across labour, commercial and real‑estate matters.

Key responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements in accordance with Saudi law.
Manage and resolve labour, commercial and real‑estate disputes.
Interact with government entities using the Najiz platform for filings and approvals.
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and keep legal documentation up to date.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
Minimum five years of legal experience within Saudi Arabia.
Valid Saudi lawyer license.

Required skills

Proficiency with the Najiz platform.
Strong contract drafting and review capabilities.
