Senior Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead advanced maintenance activities at our facility in Riyadh’s 2nd Industrial City. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will ensure that all plant equipment operates efficiently and meets safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Diagnose failures, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
• Supervise, mentor and guide junior technicians, fostering a high‑performing maintenance team.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to minimise downtime.
• Prepare detailed maintenance reports and recommend improvements.
• Participate in inspection, installation and commissioning of new equipment and train staff on its operation.
• Maintain accurate records using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience with complex industrial equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
