Senior Manager – Architecture Design for Football Training Centers

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the architectural design of a world‑class Football Training Center. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on design leadership to deliver innovative, functional and sustainable sports facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall architectural concept and design development for football training centres.
• Manage all design phases from initial concept through construction documentation and execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including landscape, structural, MEP and sustainability consultants.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards and best‑practice sustainability guidelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and external suppliers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Review and approve design deliverables, drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve design‑related issues.
• Mentor and develop junior design staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (advanced degree preferred).
• At least 10 years of architectural design experience, with 5 years focused on sports facilities or training centres.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale projects from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes and sustainability standards.
• Experience working in multinational, culturally diverse environments.
• Familiarity with the Middle East market and regulations is a plus.
