Senior Manager – Asset Management

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Senior Manager – Asset Management to support the Head of Asset Management in developing and delivering a city‑wide asset management framework. The role will guide the creation of asset strategies, governance, data quality and lifecycle planning to ensure the city’s infrastructure is managed safely, efficiently and in line with long‑term service objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in shaping the City‑wide Asset Strategy, defining policies, governance structures and role responsibilities.
• Support the Head of Asset Management in preparing the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) with a focus on value, risk, cost and service outcomes.
• Develop and maintain an asset classification and hierarchy framework across districts, asset classes and systems.
• Oversee the central asset register and configuration control, ensuring data quality, standards compliance and up‑to‑date documentation.
• Facilitate asset adoption, vesting and acceptance processes, including readiness checks, handover evidence and certifications.
• Contribute to 10‑year renewal planning, budget preparation, investment prioritisation and renewal trigger definition.
• Design and maintain condition and performance monitoring frameworks, including health models and inspection regimes.
• Lead criticality and resilience assessments and produce assurance and service impact reports.
• Manage interface governance between facilities management teams, districts, City Operations and other stakeholders.
• Provide analysis, reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in asset management, preferably within large‑scale developments, municipal environments or the entertainment sector.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and investment analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 55001 asset management standards.
