Senior Manager – Project Acquisition

About the role

Bayut, the leading property portal in the Kingdom, is seeking a Senior Manager – Project Acquisition to lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of strategic property opportunities. You will work closely with developers, landowners, and internal teams to secure projects that align with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and assess prospective projects to meet annual sales targets.
• Conduct sophisticated feasibility and financial analyses for potential acquisitions.
• Lead contract negotiations, review terms with in‑house counsel, and oversee execution.
• Engage with real‑estate developers to onboard sales and joint‑venture opportunities.
• Perform on‑site visits, surveys, and market research to validate investment cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions for client objectives.
• Monitor client satisfaction, address issues promptly, and act as the main liaison between developers and the sales team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate project acquisition, development, or investment analysis.
• Strong negotiation and contract‑management skills.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
