Senior Manager - Residential & Hotel Projects

About the role

The Senior Manager – Residential & Hotel Projects leads governance for the Residential Development Management Office, ensuring that all residential and hotel projects are presented to executive committees in a clear, consistent, and compliant manner. This role acts as the central control point for decision‑making, enabling timely approvals across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate presentation materials for N‑2 Committee, N‑1 Committee, Development Committee, Board‑level submissions and Stage Gate Review Panels.
• Develop concise, decision‑focused presentations with clear “Ask” and “Decision” statements.
• Consolidate cross‑functional inputs into cohesive executive packs on a monthly basis.
• Ensure all submissions meet Qiddiya governance standards, templates, and decision frameworks.
• Track committee approvals, actions, and conditions, and close out items promptly.
• Provide quality‑assurance reviews of Stage Gate packs to achieve first‑time approval.
• Act as the central coordination point among Residential Development, Delivery, Commercial, Cost Planning, Strategy, Finance and other enabling functions.
• Facilitate pre‑read discussions, resolve conflicting inputs, and present a unified position to leadership.
• Prepare executive‑level reports, dashboards and summaries for senior management.

Required profile

• Senior‑manager level experience in project governance and executive committee submissions.
• Proven ability to consolidate inputs from multiple functional teams into unified executive documents.
• Strong knowledge of governance standards, templates and decision frameworks.
• Experience tracking approvals, actions and conditions across a portfolio of projects.
• Excellent coordination skills with stakeholders across development, finance, strategy and delivery functions.
