Senior Manager – Wet Utilities (Planning)

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager to lead the planning and development of wet utility infrastructure, including water supply, sewage, and stormwater systems. This role is critical to delivering sustainable, high‑quality utilities that support the broader vision of Qiddiya.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive planning strategies for wet utilities projects aligned with Qiddiya’s sustainability goals.
• Lead feasibility studies, risk assessments, and environmental impact analyses for proposed projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with local and national standards.
• Oversee design, construction, and commissioning phases, maintaining budget and schedule adherence.
• Engage governmental entities, community groups, and consultants to gather input and foster collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Promote innovation and best practices across all wet‑utility projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8‑10 years of experience in wet utilities planning and management, preferably on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of wet‑utility design, regulatory requirements, and environmental considerations.
• Proven project‑management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with wet‑utilities planning and modeling software.
