Senior Mobile Developer – React Native

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer specialized in React Native to join Atmaal’s Strategic Projects team. The role combines hands‑on development with technical leadership, guiding the mobile squad through the full product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the mobile development team, tackling complex technical challenges.
• Oversee planning, design, development, testing and deployment of mobile applications.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to enforce quality, best practices and project requirements.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable React Native code.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, DevOps and other stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule.
• Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, bugs and security issues.
• Participate in system design and architecture discussions.
• Promote continuous improvement by adopting modern tools, technologies and development practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Very good English proficiency.
