Senior Mobile Developer (React Native/Flutter) – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to maintain and enhance the Arabic-language mobile companion for the Administrative Correspondence System used by government staff in Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering new features, ensuring stability, and integrating electronic signature capabilities across iOS and Android platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the existing React Native/Flutter mobile app, keeping it stable, performant and compliant with SLA requirements.
• Develop and release prioritized features such as workflow improvements, notifications, dashboards and user-experience enhancements.
• Implement electronic-signature integration following government standards and ensure feature parity with the web portal.
• Keep all frameworks, libraries and dependencies on LTS-supported versions throughout the contract.
• Perform device- and OS-specific testing, including low-connectivity performance and security validation.
• Collaborate closely with .NET Core backend developers to define API contracts.
• Produce Arabic release notes, update logs and user-facing documentation for each version.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience on both iOS and Android.
• Production-level experience with React Native or Flutter in enterprise or government projects.
• Experience integrating mobile apps with secure REST APIs.
