Senior Network Architect

About the role

Oivan is looking for a Senior Network Architect to lead network security projects for enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia. The role combines deep technical expertise in networking and security with strong leadership and client‑facing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage enterprise network and security solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Act as technical lead for a team of network engineers, providing guidance, mentoring and project oversight.
• Conduct comprehensive network and security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and develop remediation strategies.
• Engage directly with clients to understand business needs, deliver advisory services and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Produce technical documentation, including network diagrams, assessment reports and executive presentations.
• Deploy, configure and troubleshoot firewalls, WAFs, VPNs and other security appliances.
• Ensure solutions comply with standards such as NCA, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls.
• Support continuous improvement of Oivan’s cybersecurity service offerings.

Required profile

• 9+ years of hands‑on experience in network and security engineering or consulting.
• Proven technical leadership experience, including managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching) and security architecture (network segmentation, DMZ).
• Ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
