Senior Network & Security Engineer (Medina Airport)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Network and Security Engineer to support and enhance perimeter services, DDI, SD‑WAN and web application protection at Medina Airport. The role involves leading firewall infrastructure maintenance, implementing technology solutions and collaborating across a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and configure next‑generation firewall infrastructure and related perimeter services (firewalls, proxies, IDS).
• Design, implement and deliver technology solutions based on business requirements.
• Participate in planning, hardware resource allocation and deployment of new applications and services.
• Create and maintain documentation for deployment, monitoring and daily operations.
• Develop automation and orchestration tools, and support device migrations and deployments.
• Resolve critical incidents, provide technical training and mentor global team members.
• Handle DNS, DHCP and IP address management requests, operate DDI tooling and troubleshoot related network issues.

Required profile

• Relevant certifications preferred: CCNP, CISSP, NGFW certification.
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex network security incidents, including packet capture and log analysis.
• Hands‑on experience building, deploying and managing enterprise firewalls and NGFW solutions.
• Ability to perform security risk assessments for firewall configurations.
• Knowledge of cloud networking components such as NSG, load balancer and UDR.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with clear communication.
