Senior Operations Specialist

About the role

The Senior Operations Specialist will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently across multiple departments. This role focuses on order management, inventory monitoring, and project coordination to support the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders promptly using ERP software.
• Track all orders, monitor inventory levels, and alert supervisors to potential issues.
• Handle phone inquiries, process returns, and provide online customer service.
• Review and correct order data, coordinating with warehouse, sales, and finance teams.
• Register IPOs and manage related documentation.
• Oversee project execution from planning to completion, liaising with internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports, and follow up on Proof of Delivery and final acceptance processes.
• Maintain and analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar operational role.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency).
• Experience with ERP software.
