Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant to lead full‑cycle implementations, support and continuous improvement of Oracle EPM solutions. The role combines functional finance expertise with technical implementation skills, working closely with finance and operations stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud modules (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS) including design, configuration, testing, deployment and go‑live.
• Collaborate with business users to capture, validate and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Configure and manage Oracle EPM applications such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Reporting.
• Design and deploy request workflows, validations, subscriptions and data‑synchronisation mappings.
• Ensure seamless data integration using Data Management, Data Integration and FDMEE.
• Provide post‑implementation support, enhancements and continuous improvement.
• Conduct testing, user training, workshops and knowledge transfer.
• Advise on quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and new EDMCS features.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards following best practices and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions.
• Proven record of 2‑3 full lifecycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
