Senior OT Cybersecurity Compliance Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior OT Cybersecurity Compliance Consultant to lead compliance initiatives within Operational Technology (OT) environments. The role focuses on assessing OT systems against the NCA OTCC requirements and guiding organizations toward sustained compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity compliance assessments based on NCA OTCC requirements.
• Evaluate OT environments, processes, policies, and controls for compliance gaps.
• Produce detailed gap assessment reports, risk findings, and remediation recommendations.
• Support the creation and implementation of OT cybersecurity policies, procedures, standards, and controls.
• Assist organizations in preparing evidence and documentation for audits and regulatory assessments.
• Perform control effectiveness assessments and monitor remediation activities.
• Provide guidance on cybersecurity requirements for OT/ICS environments.
• Coordinate with OT, IT, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance documentation, control matrices, risk registers, and assessment records.
• Track compliance action plans and report status to management.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3–8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, OT security, risk, or compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with NCA OTCC requirements.
• Proven experience conducting cybersecurity compliance and gap assessments.
• Strong understanding of OT/ICS architectures and security controls.
