Senior Procurement Analyst – GCC & International

About the role

Join MBRF as a Senior Procurement Analyst, managing a $50M spend across co‑packing, distribution and new categories in the GCC and international markets. You will support commercial strategy, drive cost efficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage $50 million spend across co‑packing, distribution partnerships and new categories in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and global markets.
• Support short‑, medium‑ and long‑term commercial strategy for regional and global operations.
• Develop and implement category strategies, negotiate with suppliers using benchmarking data and market trends to improve Total Cost of Ownership.
• Identify new business opportunities, process improvements and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for cash flow, purchase price variance and other financial metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, indirect procurement or supply chain management within the food industry.
• Experience negotiating complex service agreements and managing RFI/RFP/RFQ processes.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• MCIPS or equivalent qualification preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement systems such as SAP, ARIBA and COUPA.
• Knowledge of supply‑base performance metrics and key performance indicators.
