Senior Product Manager – Fintech Platforms

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of our enterprise‑wide platforms and internal systems. You will shape secure, compliant, and scalable fintech products by driving platform decisions that impact customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory posture.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the long‑term platform and internal‑systems strategy aligned with business growth and regulatory requirements.
• Set platform principles (API‑first, reuse‑driven, audit‑ready, security‑by‑default) and address scalability, reliability, and operational risk gaps.
• Lead product ownership for complex third‑party integrations, including identity verification, credit bureaus, banking/payments partners, and government systems.
• Develop integration standards, SLAs, monitoring, incident management, versioning, migration, and deprecation strategies.
• Own product direction for CRM and customer‑support platforms, ensuring deep integration with core fintech systems and compliance‑driven workflows.
• Drive the design of admin portals and internal dashboards for operations, risk, compliance, finance, and support teams, emphasizing role‑based access, audit trails, and high‑volume usability.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and InfoSec to translate regulatory obligations into product requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product strategy for enterprise platforms in regulated environments.
• Strong judgment and ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of how platform decisions affect customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills to work with procurement, legal, engineering, and business stakeholders.
