Senior Product Manager - Foodics ERP

About the role

Foodics, a restaurant management ecosystem and payment technology provider founded in 2014 and headquartered in Riyadh, is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its ERP product. The role defines and executes the product strategy for Foodics ERP across the Middle East and Egypt, building an AI-native ERP platform integrated with the Foodics Financial Services ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for Foodics ERP across the Middle East and Egypt.
• Ensure the ERP supports end-to-end financial workflows for restaurants, from transaction capture to financial reporting.
• Design workflows compliant with ZATCA (Saudi Arabia), UAE VAT, the Egyptian Tax Authority and other regional frameworks, covering VAT, e-invoicing and regulatory reporting.
• Develop AI-driven automation rules for bookkeeping and reconciliation, and AI-powered transaction categorization from POS, payments and expenses.
• Integrate the ERP with Foodics POS, Payments, inventory and purchasing, payroll and expenses, banking, and external financial systems via APIs where needed.
• Translate product vision into roadmaps, PRDs and execution plans, and work with engineering, design, compliance and finance teams.
• Prioritize features by customer value, regulatory requirements and scalability, conduct market research, gather feedback from accountants, restaurant operators and finance teams, and identify ways to simplify financial workflows for SMEs and enterprise restaurant groups.

Required profile

• 5-6 years of experience in Product Management; prior ERP experience is a must, fintech experience is a plus.
• Experience building products with tax compliance or regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work with complex financial workflows and automation systems.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance and finance.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
