Senior Project Director – Public‑Private Partnerships

About the role

JASARA, a program management consultancy, is seeking a Senior Project Director to lead high‑value public‑private partnership (PPP) initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, delivery and partnership, guiding complex infrastructure programmes from pursuit through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic decision‑making and resolve issues across major PPP projects.
• Lead PPP opportunities from market pursuit to final delivery, acting as the primary market lead.
• Secure new PPP business by providing market‑facing leadership and client engagement.
• Oversee project delivery across all phases, ensuring alignment of public and private stakeholders.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or related field.
• 20+ years of experience delivering complex PPP or infrastructure projects, with a proven record of winning PPP bids.
• Strong program‑management and risk‑oversight capabilities, including PPP bid governance.
• Demonstrated ability to build senior‑level relationships with public and private partners.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of PPP procurement models, contracts and commercial structures (preferred).
• Familiarity with PPP asset classes such as transport, social infrastructure, utilities or mixed‑use programmes (advantageous).
