Senior Project Manager – Cybersecurity

About the role

Innovative Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex cybersecurity initiatives across its regional offices. You will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering projects that enhance the security posture of our clients while aligning with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple cybersecurity projects from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation strategies.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, contractual obligations and client expectations.
• Track financial performance, manage budgets, forecast costs and assess profitability.
• Coordinate with internal departments, partners, vendors and clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Mentor junior project managers and support project team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in cybersecurity or IT.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive‑level audiences.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and decision‑making abilities in fast‑paced environments.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered tools and technologies to improve project planning, reporting and operational efficiency.
