Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of hotel construction projects from inception through commissioning and close‑out. Reporting to the Director/Project Director or Country Manager, you will ensure projects meet quality, programme and budget targets while maintaining high professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and implement the Project Execution Plan in line with Mirage flow‑charts.
• Manage multi‑disciplinary teams, motivate colleagues and maintain strong relationships with clients, operators and key stakeholders.
• Administer construction contracts, conduct regular progress updates with the Planning Manager and assess contractor claims.
• Lead procurement, value‑engineering and risk‑analysis workshops.
• Oversee commissioning, close‑out activities and compile monthly reports with recommendations.
• Identify improvement areas in project delivery and implement corrective action plans.
• Conduct meetings, produce minutes and drive outcomes.

Required profile

• University degree in Project Management, Building Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience, preferably on hotel projects.
• Progressively increased responsibility throughout career and experience with projects of appropriate scale.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Active membership of a relevant professional institution is an advantage.
