Senior Projects Manager – Fit‑out & Interior Projects

About the role

Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Senior Projects Manager to lead fast‑track fit‑out projects across Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for delivering hospitality, residential, retail, and other high‑end interior projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify and nurture relationships with new clients and attend industry events.
• Lead the end‑to‑end tendering process, from preparation to submission.
• Create detailed project management plans, schedules, and procurement strategies.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor risk exposure throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, budgets, and performance requirements; select and manage subcontractors.
• Coordinate design, estimating, contracting, and construction activities to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain accurate construction progress records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee site operations, manage vendors and trades, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale interior fit‑out projects in sectors such as hospitality, retail, or residential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to interact with clients, teams, and external partners.
• Flexibility to work on projects across different locations within Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
